Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Dua Nadeem ("I", "me", or "my"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use my services.

Project Process

Proposals and Agreements

All projects begin with a written proposal or agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work begins only after mutual agreement and any required deposits are received.

Revisions

Projects include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon rounds may incur additional fees.

Timelines

I commit to delivering work within agreed-upon timelines. Timelines may be affected by:

  • Delayed client feedback or approvals
  • Scope changes requested during the project
  • Incomplete or delayed provision of required materials

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
  • Deposits may be required before work begins
  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

Intellectual Property

Transfer of Rights

Upon full payment, all rights to the completed work transfer to the client. I retain the right to use anonymized samples for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Original Work

All content I create is original and free from plagiarism. I do not knowingly infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project information
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Provide feedback within agreed-upon timeframes
  • Pay invoices according to agreed terms

Confidentiality

I treat all client information as confidential and will not share project details, business information, or materials with third parties without permission.

Limitation of Liability

My liability for any claims arising from my services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. I am not liable for:

  • Results or performance of content after delivery
  • Third-party actions or decisions based on content
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Cancellation terms include:

  • Payment for all work completed up to cancellation
  • Non-refundable deposits for work already scheduled
  • A reasonable transition period for ongoing projects

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
